ifeanyimoses: Getting a visa is in our capacity. God will not come down and perform magic. Some of those VOs are Christians too… in Europe, getting a US visa is a breeze. Perhaps you think God showers them with more grace? We destroy our integrity on the altar of selfishness, greed and utter disregard to the laws of other countries, then cry grace when visas become a huge problem to get. 11 Likes |

That’s because most European countries are more developed and are first world countries so the US embassies there are very lenient with issuing visas honestly to get a us visa from Nigeria in the past was easier but due to economic downturn caused by a foolish and dull aboki president called buhari and his Fulani brothers hopefully Nigerians learn from their mistake from voting Fulani people in power as they are very evil self centered and wicked TWoods: 1 Like |

Very good point. It's the same over reliance and waiting on God that got Nigeria to the mess it's in today! There is a place of worship in ever nook and corner. And when some thin happens folks will say "They put it in the hands of God" Well, it seems God has not responded after DONKEY years! It is effort, hard work, honesty, research and applying appropriate solutions that will bring about success at any level. It's no coincidence that the most successful nations are the least religious. Enough said! Elnon: 4 Likes |

[quote author=barristerkayy post=101351687]Please, I need a honest reply to this! I was rescheduled for an emergency visa appointment at the US embassy for August 3rd. But my school insisted that any visa interview later than August 2nd will not be reckoned with. Now, all efforts to mail and call the embassy have proved abortive. What can I do to have a a closer appointment date to at least ending or middle of July [is it abuja or Lagos embassy ??] |

Hello house, please I have an urgent enquiry that I would really appreciate timely responses to. I am currently filling my Ds 160 form and I’m wondering if I should claim my relative who is a US citizen and will partially contribute to sponsoring me or not. I am concerned about this because I’ve seen transcripts with people who have been denied because of ties to the US and people who say they didn’t get the correct information on time. Please gurus what would you advice. My brother lives in the same city as the school I will be attending as well. Would you guys advice I be honest and claim my brother or not, which will help make my application stronger. I’ll appreciate responses from anyone who has an idea of what to do regarding this matter. Thanks & God bless. |

TWoods: With all the transcripts I have been reading here, getting a Us visa now is at VO’s discretion, you aren’t writing an exam that you have the capacity to choose right and wrong answer. What may seem right to you might seem wrong to the VO. Bottom line, prepare well, dress smart , be honest and pray for those that believe in God. 5 Likes |

IvannahG: It means the US embassy does serious background checks on someone doing those courses because you can have access to covert infos. Check Google for more.... I noticed you are going to a school which is in a city where you have your brother. I hope you are going to a decent school & you have good prove of funding. If your school is a visa mill it may not help. Best! |
