Father And Stepmother Beat 2-Year-Old Child In Delta, Starves Him Of Food (Photos)

A 2-year-old child identified as Zino has been left in a dramatic stat after his father and stepmother maltreated him in Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.

The incident happened at No. 113 Okumagba Avenue, Ojabugbe junction off Deco road in Warri, Delta State.

According to popular Facebook page, Warri Aproko, the child's biological mother left him with his father and stepmother who has been maltreating and starving him.

It was gathered that the father and stepmother stop neighbors from feeding the child after they discovered that he was being fed by sympathised neighbors.

On hearing this, neighbors became scared of feeding the child due to fear that the father and stepmother might harm him.

HGS Media Plus learnt that the father and stepmother locked the child inside a dark room where they constantly beat him whenever they hear that he was given food by neighbors.

Meanwhile, the likes of activist Gwamnishu Harriaon, Etiennette Ajoluje and others has been called upon to rescue the child.
