Job Title: Training Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Ikeja Lagos

As our Training Manager, you will identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.

Develop training manuals that target tangible results.

Implement effective and purposeful training methods.

Effectively manage the training budget.

Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in a Business related field.
*A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training and development.
*Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
*Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs

The candidate having experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Salary: N120,000 - N150,000
