Second wave surged in Nigeria because it surged in the UK. Most restrictions had been lifted in Nigeria as far back as July last year,but the so called second wave had to wait for more than 4 months before it surged. Who are you people fooling? Of course they had already lined up the second wave waiting for the right time to publicize it to commence their second round of looting. But they felt that announcing a second wave independently would lack validity and it would be apperent that they were itching to get back to business. In sane climates before such an exercise is to be carried out,NIMC should have consulted with relevant stake holders most especially the health sector as the exercise is bound to attract mammoth crowds during a pandemic..This really goes to show that these guys don't really care about the common man...The (real) intention behind this forceful NIN registration at a perilous time like this has not been revealed.....Make we dey watch |
