It’s a code used on the street by gangs, drug dealers, and armed security outfit and also in the military theatre. The only difference with the military theatre is violence is interchanged with superior firepower, then you include based on actionable intelligence.

Some may argue that not all are equipped for violent confrontation due to our social behavior, which is very true because the difference between a violent gang member or bandit and a none violent person is the programming. The programming comes unintentionally (via the environment such as growing up in a violent home or environment), and intentionally which is divided into a controlled environment (security and military training) and uncontrolled environment (gang member counting scores, terrorist camp, bandits, cyber crimes).

why bandits operate and whys difficult to contain their activities across Nigeria

Geographical terrain determines the pace at which resources are deployed in an event of a crisis. The crisis could be in form of a natural disaster or armed conflict.

A very good yardstick of understanding this is by analyzing how disaster relief materials are deployed in an event of a natural disaster, especially those disasters that have taken place across Africa, Central America, South America, and Asia.

-These continents are prime examples because they can be used to simulate our targeted topic of focus.

-They are roughly similar in size, similar geographical features, and similar weather conditions.

-And they recorded better success than the Africa continent, even tho been classified as developing or third world continents.

Our basis for listing those points is for a better understanding of how successes were gained and what caused their failures.

Geography

Cities or towns develop from rapid deforestation programs mandated by authorities of various nations of the world.

Our assumption is that every forest area is always twice the size of all developed cities or towns located in the same geographical space. and size expands based on the landmass. If you were to take an aerial view of towns and cities you would realize how cities and towns envelop forest areas.

A good example for comparison is the middle east, all development is carried out in areas close to water leaving a vast wasteland in the middle.

Other assumptions are the military and security industrial complex have better information on their country geographical space because they follow a principle of understanding your battlefields in order to efficiently defend and protect it.

Our security apparatus seems to be overwhelmed by pockets of challenges across the nation due to none permanent factors such as under utilization of technology.

The simulated scenario of trained personnel of army, DSS, police and paramilitary personnel tend to be very limited. Because it mostly happens in controlled environment instead of uncontrolled one.

Assuming such training was taken into account from the onset, then every apparatus would have a dedicated division such as forest rangers found in USA,UK,china,russia etc. They would also be sub forest divisions in paramilitary outfit such as ndlea,customs, immigration and civil defence.

south America is a good example of having forest units of every military and paramilitary organization. This was born out of the need to crush the drug lords who operated from within the forest.

Please note these countries with such units in their security apparatus are not made up of superhumans. rather the utilization of technology made them very effective and lethal.

The various regions are standing up to the challenges by establishing local forest units, but this must be augmented with technology, its on this front this thread came to existence.

In the multitude of counselors, there is safety'

Got two emails on why the whole process of talking on geography when its security related issue.

Well the motive is to make everyone understand and appreciate the importance of environment when it comes to engaging an enemy and how various technology can be employed.

We have for some months conducted viability of area surveillance via make shift drones on certain forest areas and came to conclude it's impractical due the canopy of trees present, e resolution of attached camera and flight hour of drones.

These limits creates more avenue to employ more options to meet the situation at hand. Its for this reason we publicizing the training.

Because with more innovative minds some of those limits can be eliminated.

Currently the use of sensor nodes are showing great potential due to certain parameters. This is how we engage our trainees.

Our belief is the more individuals engage the wide the collective society gains because things learnt can then be replicated and commercialized.

Nigeria is bigger than any person its the reason we must safe guard her via intelligence and knowledge and act as an auxiliary to mandated institutions.
