hello everyone, i have been trying to renew my BB MTN BIS since yesterday. I loaded 3000k and sent BIS to 21600 this is the reply I get "Short message transfer rejected" Is this a network problem? As anyone experienced this before? I stay in abuja so am not sure if its a general thing, I have tried mtn customercare but no one picks my call any suggestion nairalander BB users? |
