Do you know why you would go to the medical faculty of some universities and see students with low cut off mark studying medicine and surgery?

No, they didn't "sort" admission. This is usually due to a factor called called "catchment area".

Although the University of Ibadan is not the lowest in terms of cut off mark, it's arguably the easiest for Medsurg admission.
