Stake holders: That means we are looking at review the contract from $3billion to $9 billion and noting on the ground to show for such a colossal amount of money spent.

OBJ: What do u mean nothing on the ground, am I not on the ground if I win my 3rd term agenda, Nigerians should be grateful for what we have done for them. Do you know Ngozi has managed to convince the Paris club and other debtors to write off almost $15 billion dollars. I have done something for this nation, no one has done b4 and they should be grateful. In fact this nation has not seen anything, many more goodies to come, let me win my 3rd term first.

OBJ: wait a minute, how can 300% of $3 billion be $9 billion. You people want to cheat the Nigeria people, what is 100% of $3 billion,

Stake holders: $3 billion,

OBJ: You mutiply that by 3,

Stake holders: that is $9 billion

OBJ
: then add the original $3billion to the total,

Stake holders: that would be $12 billion in total,

OBJ
: so why did you say it is $9billion then, just because those young boys on the internet are peddling lies all over the place saying baba did not go to school, you think I am an illiterate. Let me tell you people something I know my right from my left and nobody can pull a wool over my eyes. You ask Ngozi with all her Phd, she finds me to a hard nut to crack.

Stakeholders: we knew the total is $12 billion all along, we were only trying in re-assuring you the cost would go up by another $9 billion, in any case we are all singing from the same sheet now,  let us move on sir.

OBJ: that is fine, we might have to raise another  $3 billion if my 3rd term agenda fails, this fund and money is necessary to sponsor that Yaradua of a man to become my successor,  But hopefully the 3rd term plan would go without a hitch.

Criminality and corruption would continue to strive strongly in Nigerian government as long as we have people would stake their lives and the future of
their children supporting the evil called PDP which Jonathan represents.

In 12 years, we were only able to generate an additional 2300MW! At this rate, we might not even get to 10,000MW for another 30 years. lol

The problem with Nigeria is that our politicians are obsessively corrupt. There is no nation in the world whose Government is not corrupt, even the United States Government is corrupt. The difference is that politicians in other countries always ensure that any contract they award is completed on time and that there is visible development in all sectors of their country. In Nigeria we do the opposite we award the inflated contracts embezzle the funds and still abandon the project leaving the country underdeveloped.

Take South Africa as a case study, there is a lot scandals surrounding the Anc government right from the arms deal, to the Gautain deal down to the BEE deals but one thing i respect about SA politicians is that they always finish their contracts on time. There were scandals surrounding the infrastructural contracts that were awarded for the 2010 world cup but as you can all bear witness to , the stadiums, road, sport villages, hotels ,camps were all finished on time and the even took place without any hitch.

Our own politicians back home have no shame and no self esteem, that is why they gladly break the law. A case in point is the recent scandal involving a Nigerian Governor who commissioned an unfinished airport. If such should happen in SA, he will be immediately arrested and sent to jail ,no questions asked but in Nigeria there is no rule of law, it is a miracle that Nigeria is still existing as a country.

I mean how do you justify a country where some states use sharia  law in a multi cultural and multi religious society? Another problem we have in Nigeria is this Godfather monopoly economy that we practice. I mean how come every single road that is being built in Nigeria is built by one company : Julius Berger ? In South Africa there over 4000 construction companies that get contracts from Government to build roads, schools ,hospitals e.t.c all over the country ,this creates room for competition and creates jobs for a lot of people in the industry unlike in Nigeria where Julius Berger enjoys a monopoly especially when it comes to road construction. It is the same way dangote enjoys a monopoly which keep most Nigerians poor and makes him richer. I know at least 3 Nigerians here in SA who co-own a Construction company and also get contracts from the provincial Government to build road in the townships.

I have said this many times before on this forum, we have to stop doing things the Nigeria way. Our way has never worked for us ,we should get help from honest foreign specialists to build our nation. If I were given the chance to Govern ,I will do something radically different and ensure that there is visible development on the land. The power problem we face in Nigeria is a VERY simple problem to solve. Very very simple, the real problem is our Government and their lackadaisical effort. PDP is intentionally not fixing the power problem because they know that if you give Nigerians power , you have given them 24hrs access to TV ,internet and information avenues which use electricity as there source of power. Information is Knowledge and Knowledge is power, power to choose the right leaders. PDP does not want the electorate to informed. They have destroyed the educational sector now they want to destroy the civil sector. A vote for PDP is a shovel of sand for Nigeria’s grave.

Nigeria needs to generate at least 80,000 MW to be able to compete with the rest of the world as per our population. The only way we can achieve that is too commercialize the entire power industrial and to all all types of power companies to come into Nigeria to invest.

OBJ sighs as his confidant and fixer came into his office to share some of his inner feelings and thoughts with him.

PA: Baba , e kala oh( means  are u are so Dearing)

OBJ: what are you talking about,

PA: I mean the way that contract grew wings from a humble $3billion dollars to $12 billion,

OBJ: You are a witness to what is happening, can you imagine not one kobo of the whole amount would go into my pocket. It is all facilitators fund to make things happen. But when some silly  government takes over they would say we stole $16 Billion dollars. That is why we want  one of “ Tiwa”  “our own", "a trusted hand” in there.

PA: You think that Yaradua of a man can be trusted. I have worked with his brother in the past and he was a good man. From the feelers I got from the EFCC he seems to be fair in his dealings, although a security report I got from the SS, It would appear he spends more time sedated in a hospital in Germany than than being on the ground in Katsina. That might open an avenue for us to plant one of the south-south Governors as his deputy.

PA: “Ebora owu”  the invisible hand of Owu,( Owu being a town in Ogun state where OBJ came from) Sir, I never thought of it from that angle.

OBJ: All areas are covered; Plan A third term agenda, if it fails Plan B kicks in immediately.

PA: In fact sir, Nigerians should give u 10 terms if they only know how ingenious you are, In fact you the authenthic Maradona, not IBB.

OBJ, laughs heartly , and asked his PA to get Bode Goerge on the phone.

BG: Which generators sir,

OBJ: The one’s belonging to those people coming to do our power,

BG: Oh that one, er sir, I would come to Abuja, it is too risky discussing this on the phone, I would see you tomorrow,

OBJ: ok that is fine, I shall see you at the villa tomorrow evening.

Aso Rock, Bode arrived at the villa, was met at the villa by OBJ’s trusted aide, who took him to the waiting area, Bode was surprise there was so many people around even at that time of the night.

Bode: Do you people work 24 hours a day, why are there so many people around.

PA: You know Baba always like a lot people around at every time of the day.

Bode: I hope I would not have to wait for a long time to see him sha,

PA: AH No, you are doing a special assignment for the commander-in chief and I am sure you would get an express service the moment he knows you around.

A lot of greetings and pleasantries from several people around, Mr Bode George a man who has an eye for women, made a complimentary comment about a nice young woman who knelt down on her knees greeting him with gusto,  as if they knew each other for a long time. BG asked who the woman was in a hush but quite voice out of ear shot of the people milling around, the PA answered in an equally quieter voice that she is a member of the family.

BG: Who is that woman, "omolu abi  ni" ( “ a child born and brought up well”)

PA: Oh, that is Mojisola, baba’s daughter-in law, Gbenga’s wife,

BG: Oh this is the woman that they are spreading rumours about,

PA: Don’t mind those detractors sir,

BG: But "omo yi o bad oh",(this woman is not bad)  I don’t blame baba if there is any truth in the story, any man who cannot rein in on his wife is not fit to be a man. After all  Baba is widow,” ko si nko to bad nbe”(“ there is nothing bad in it”)  if a young blood like this is throwing herself at you, “ body no be wood”

PA: Haba sir, I can see why baba calls you “ Lagos Boy”  anything goes,

BG: ” Awa o gba gbere leko” ( we don’t take nonsense in lagos)

The buzzer rang BG and the PA stood up ushered in by one of the staff in Aso rock,

so are you telling us that between May 2007 & 2009 GEJ was completely dormant and inert. That means he did not make any contribution as the VP of the country. So why was he collecting the salary and benefits of a VP. Please stop that crap

Re: How Pdp Spent $16 Billion On Electricity by KnowAll(m): 5:36pm On Apr 03, 2011
The PA and BG were ushered into the large living room which was one of the President Quarters, there were a few people sitting in that vast sitting room. When OBJ saw BG he stood up and said let us go into to a smaller sitting room, my private study, there too many people here.

OBJ: Oh !! who do we have here, Lagos BOY himself,”  logun leko” ( the Lagos Warrior), let us go inside,

BG: Emi ni yen sir, (there are no duplicates of me, it is me you are seeing b4 you sir), Mr President “eku igbadun”

They all went into the inner sanctuary out of sight of prying eyes and out of reach of any eaves droppers, they settled in the President’s study, BG going straight to the mini bar in the far corner of the modestly furnish study helping himself to one of his favourite liquor, the President sitting in one of the smaller two person’s setees with his PA sitting to the left of him.

OBJ: BG come over let us talk business, I have not got all night,

BG: Oh sorry sir, you told me anytime I am here the last time I came here that I should help myself to the drinks so that is what I am doing,  I don’t want to disturb you or anyone.

OBJ: Would it take you a whole year to just pour a drink, you know I have been busy all day and I need to sleep early tonight.

BG finished mixing the cocktail and settled on the other set of setee opposite the President,

BG: Look at silly me sir, I forgot to mix one for you,

OBJ: oh no, no, You know I am not that young anymore, I go softly on those things, have you forgotten I am in my 70’s now.

BG: Only just enquiring sir, I don’t want to come across as someone lacking courtesy sir,

OBJ: talking of courtesy, what happened to those people’s Generator, I was not informed b4 you and boys went haywire in the port. You boys seem to be a law unto yourselves. There is no communication or feedback of what the hell is going on in the ports, I know I gave you a target to raise N500 billion Naira, a war chest we would use to fight the elections but some decorum from you boys would have been appreciated. In fact I want a running commentary of what is going in the ports from now.

BG: Well the way we planned it b4 is better sir, you have given us a figure, our job is to get to that figure and the rest is ours as you promise us. That is what we are working on. A running commentary can be exposed to leakages in the chain of command between the Ports and Aso Rock. If the wrong person picks up our communication lines that could spell doom and mayhem for all of us. That is why the original plan is the best, that way nobody would link the Presidency with whatever is going on in the ports.

OBJ: I get your point, but those Generators where for a project that is dear to my mind, I want that project to take off immediately only to be told the generators cannot be found.

BG:  When you gave us the go ahead to look for N500 billion, those boys at the port are like hungry hyenas, they impound anything they see, levelling high demurrage on goods that are barely 24 hours in the port. Most the Igbo traders are complaining, I have told them to take it easy and not to make pains for genuine traders as that can back fire.

OBJ: But I told the levies should be imposed on FG consignment at least those ones we can cover our tracks, not state governments or private citizens.

BG: Mr PA, look at your President, he want us to do FG goods in the port yet he is summoning me to Abuja for carrying out a “ qualified legitimate impounding” . Mr President you want us to kill someone but you want us to kill him/her cleanly. Don’t worry how we kill the person whether clean or dirty the end result is death and we “ Emi Bode George we  would deliver”.

OBJ: Lagos BOY!! Mo ti e jeri eh ( I trust you),

BG: You know sir “ ko si nka toun bo loke ti ile o gba”  ( there is nothing coming or falling from the sky that the ground cannot take);

OBJ: Lagos boy father, You are one rough neck;

BG: We have a duty to perform sir, your will is my command, you know sir I am there for you anytime.

Obj: it is good to know one has soldiers who are ready to go down for one, it gives one a gratifying assurance, you are a true worthy soldier.

BG: No problem sir, you leave us to do our job, that target would be met b4 long.

OBJ: I think on this note I better take my leave, when are you going back to Lagos,

BG: Nobody knows I am in Town, I would be out by first Light.

They all stood up and went there different ways, BG left through a back entrance whilst OBJ went into the large sitting room and entertain his remaining guest.

On the wayout BG whispered into the ear of the PA, if that woman is still figting  her husband let me know, to which the PA, said I thought your wife is a young woman, BG replied " fi yen le jo" (leave that one alone) to which the PA answered in the affirmative saying I would keep you posted, on that note they departed in the car park of Aso Rock.

A lot of you people can see why BG's release was celebrated by the whole hirrecahy of the PDP. He was one of OBJ's fixers AND MONEY Man, just like Oronto Douglass is to JEG.

Highligts to look out for:

3rd term results and steps taking afterwards,

The invitation of Yaradua into Aso Rock initiating him on his new role,

and the Covert meetings with Governors of the South-South, one of them would end up being Yaradua' s VP.

Still a lot twist and turns.

so stay tuned, ,

Nigerians have a right to change the course of her destination within the next 2 weeks. Voting Jonathan is just like voting OBJ, patronage politics, do you ever wonder why most of these politicians despite the gross miss-management and theft perpetuated by them they are still hungry for office.

One would have thought they have made enough money that would last them a life time but alas the money embezzled in most cases is used to facilitate and plant stooges all over the polity. These stooges and puppets would now act as a conduit where state funds would be drained.

Nigeria’s have a right within the next two weeks to vote out these people running the nation as if money has gone out of fashion. They should vote people who are interested in the welfare of Nigerians and not people who are only interested on where and how they can get their filthy hands on the next $10 million dollars to play with, without any recourse to anyone.
