theres nothing wrong with the roads - Quebec in canada has bad roads and potholes. Its an issue with overspeeding.

Same thing happened here yesterday in front of the nsdc sugarcane biofactory yesterday...a vehicle ram into a man standing by the road side and killed him instantly
