✓Find/create the right environment - A quiet place with nature (Sunset, Forrest, beach, mountain etc) in full display. If none of this is around, get or visualize the image.
✓Maintaining the right relaxed posture - You're sitting crossed legs, hands on knees with palms facing upward and eyes closed.
I personally find this posture rather stressful than relaxed so I lie on my back, faced up with hands relaxed by my side (every little tiny bits of my muscles is relaxed that way)
✓Deep Breathing - Inhale for 7sec or more till you've taken your lungsful, hold your breath for 2sec and... let every bit of it all out until your lungs is empty of air (after repeating like 3cycle, you won't need to put further effort - the breathing will flow naturally). Little babies and smokers are a natural at doing this!
✓Empty off all your worries and woe - With your eyes lids lightly shut, concentrate on the darkness and visualize an expanding light(here is the most trickiest part) Your mind will most certainly start wandering about... "The client promised to pay your cheque tomorrow!" "Goodness me, I didn't bring in the laundry!" etc
All these are past/future distraction. Bring your mind back to the present/now: "The Light, in the dark!" See yourself peeping through that "Light" Where...
✓Make your request - ...answer to your request are made manifest!

I was wondering earlier today about how on earth I would have come across you in this lifetime without the use of the present day internet.
About the hallow earth, there is a secret wing of the US government whose job is to perform science experiments that are centuries ahead of the science of today as we know it. A rogue agent of this organization who was killed few months after he admitted and confessed said that they are working hand in hand with different alien 👽 species who have agreed to exchange their technology with us for some natural resources we have on earth. Someone thinks about election 2023 and in 2021 he dreamt about tinubu winning and another dreamt about obi , while others will dream about buhari retaining power . That u dreamt about tinubu winning dosent mean u shud start up a church to scam people because u think u are a prophet. That's it.

Coming to ur problem , their is a word for it but their are factors that affect serial repetition of a particular dream

(1) Sickness : when u are sick ur main brainpoint bcoms weak and the IV overshadows it that u will dwell more in dream than in reality.

(2) Ecstasiality : When u fall in love with a particular dream u shall dream it till it bcoms sour. When I was h0rny and I was having sex with a man ( A Nollywood youngman like that ) I woke up because rain was falling from my windows inside my room... immediately I was thinking so much about the romance and went straight to were we stopped ,till he became old and ugly and I called it a " good riddance "
