• Who is the Owner of Microskool?
Microskool was developed and launched by Firsta Technologies which is owned by Erim Emmanuel, a student of Computer Engineering Department, University of Calabar

• When was Microskool launched?
Microskool was first launched on the 11th day of February, 2020.

• Where did Microskool start?
Microskool first started in the University of Calabar, Cross River State. On the 11th of February, 2020.

• How to Create Account on Microskool?
To create account on Microskool do the following:
1. Open the Microskool website on your browser microskool.com
2. Click on ‘Get Started’
3. Below the Login button click “Create New Account”
4. Fill in the form correctly after creating account successfully, click on login to continue

• How to Login on Microskool?
To login on Microskool do the following:
1. Open the Microskool website on your browser microskool.com
2. Click on ‘Get Started’
3. Enter your Email Address and click “Login”
4. If your Email is valid your name and profile picture should appear, enter your JAMB/Matric/CES No, and your Password to complete the login

• How to Recover/Reset Microskool Account?
To reset password or recover your account, after you have forgotten your registration number or password, do the following and you will recover your password or registration number:
1. Open the Microskool website on your browser microskool.com
2. Click on ‘Get Started’
3. Enter your Email Address and click “Login”
4. Click on Forgotten Password or Registration Number
5. Enter Email Address again, and click on “Recover”
6. If Email is valid click on Recover Login Details
7. Complete any of the form to recover any login info you need (registration number and password) – microskool.com/recovery.php

• How to verify phone number on Microskool?
Upon account creation, the system will automatically send an activation code to your phone number, enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) in the column provided and confirm.

• How to update your Level?
Before you effectively use any feature of Microskool, you need to update your level first. To do this navigate to settings from Menus or navigate to Account button from your Profile Page, When settings page is open, click on Account Settings and scroll down to “Update Level” option. – Microskool.com/profile.php

• How to add your Courses to your Course outline?
All the features of Microskool that you enjoy will be based on the courses you have added to your course outline, this is to minimize ambiguity. You have the option to add or remove courses from the course outline. To do this follow the steps below:
1. Open your profile page
2. Scroll down to the bottom, click on “Edit Courses” button
3. On the course outline page, select from the list of courses suggested by the system, the suggestion is based on your department and your level
4. If you want to add any course other than the ones suggested, select the faculty from which you want to add the course
5. Select the courses available in that faculty for your level
6. Or to be more precise search the course code of the course you want to add on the search input provided and click “Go”
7. Now the course appears on the course list click “Add Course”. – Microskool.com/outline.php

• How to remove courses from your course outline?
Still on the course outline page, you can remove courses you added by clicking on the remove icon right beside each course

• How to calculate CGPA
On CGPA Calculator, enter the Number of courses you offered in the period or semester you which to calculate, click on “Add” button. The system generates columns for grades based on the number of courses you entered. After filling in the grades and credit units click “Calculate” button and “Save” button to save it to your profile which will be used for further accumulations.

• How to upload accommodation on Microskool and earn Agent Fee
If you have an accommodation or a house to let close to school here is an opportunity to increase your customer base. All you need to do is to snap a good photograph of the House and upload it on Microskool and interested students will start calling. House Agents get more deals from Microskool for free through the following steps:
1. On your browser open microskool.com/agent
2. You will be prompted to login, if you are new click “Create Agent Account”
3. Fill in the form accurately with your contact details as customers will reach you through this details
4. Login and continue
5. After logging in successfully, select your view type, this depends on your device, if you are using a mobile device select “Mobile View” else “Desktop View”
6. Fill in the details of the accommodations available, once accommodations are uploaded it goes public.
7. To remove an accommodation click on the “Delete” button beside the accommodation


• How to become a Microskool Staff/Agent
To become a staff of Microskool submit an Application Letter in a PDF format to the WhatsApp Number: 09050267909 or our E-Mail: info@microskool.com, stating clearly whether you will work as a Staff or an Agent. A Staff shall be engage in a fulltime work in Microskool’s Office or as otherwise arrange, while an Agent will be at the field providing vital information to Staff, therefore an Agent must be a student in the Campus.

• How to Subscribe Microskool
To subscribe for Microskool or to activate your Microskool account is quite easy. It can be achieve in two ways; either by online payment or through scratch card, the subscription fee is N1,000 per semester.

Online Payment:
1. Navigate to your Profile page
2. Down the page you will see a “Subscribe” button, click on the button
3. A confirmation page will come up, click on “Continue with payment Online”

Pay with Scratch Card:
1. Locate any Microskool outlet within campus and purchase a scratch card (Open Pav - Unical Main Campus, Close to Social Science Block)
2. Open this link Microskool.com/activate.php
3. Enter your Email address and click “Go” button
4. Confirm the account details associated with the email, if correct
5. Enter your Registration Number and the PIN in the scratch card
6. Click Activate button
7. Continue to enjoy Microskool
