Your govt is the stupid one. In every state they should have designated farmland to herd. No animals should be roaming the streets.

These designated area should be controlled by govt. Herders should pay for space they use at low cost. But your govt is clueless about governing a nation. They do not have the thinking capacity to govern a nation.

So herders being in the bush is still okay provided law enforcement are stationed to maintain security and peace. They must not be allowed to ruin people's crops. But because majority of you are clueless and have very low IQ, is the reason you can not think.
