Nigerian folk and alternative rock singer, Johnny Drille has come out to give steps on how to write a good song.

Music is more than just an art, it's life and a good songwriter tends to tell stories from whatever songs he/she is putting out.

So, if you are an aspiring songwriter or a singer, then Drille's tips can actually put you through.

In his tutorial, the singer made the following tips;

1. Always have a recording app or a notepad app on your phone
2. Don't overthink it
3. Write from experience

The Edo State-born singer is signed to Mavin records and was nominated for Best Alternative Song in The Headies 2016.
