They are lucky to have millions of subscribers even with poor crappy services!!

Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is very very corrupt!! It is massively bribed and doesn't care about consumer protection!

Yeah, a market of 208million. This is why foreigners are in support of anything that will keep nigeria glued together. Its a ready made market.
