When Obasanjo was President were Yorubas driving Northerners off their farmlands and highways in the North?

Were Yorubas Kidnapping , raping and Slaughtering Northerners because a Yoruba man was President?

Would they have allowed their Yoruba kinsmen in Benin Republic and Togo to attempt such anywhere in Nigeria?

Unknown Yoruba elders.

It reminded me when Gen Oladipo Diya, as deputy to Gen Abacha, created his own Yoruba elders in 1994.

What did he get at the end? He almost paid with his life. It was the Yoruba elders, he disowned when he proceeded to create his own Yoruba elders, that eventually saved him.

Issuing threats to other regions verbally has been done a million times in this country, so it's nothing new.

The main problem is when a criminal decided to lead a groups of and decide to implement it by physically and forcefully evicting the people like Sunday is doing now.

The hypocrisy stinks. Fulanis are not the only criminals in this country.

All over the North there are gangs of Ibo criminals committing crime and murder. There are gangs of Yoruba criminals all over the North too and even the South South.

Why not quit the entire Ibos in the North for that reason.

But when you think you can issue a blanket statement to quit certain people from a region because a fraction of them are criminals then you are daydreaming.

Am repeating myself so much on this issue because of you hypocrites.

These elders were sleeping when Oduduwa sons and daughters were being killed, they didn't talk back then. It is only illegitimate elders that do this. Support the other tribe against her own tribe even when harm was done to her tribe.

When will Yoruba people be united? We have started condemning our own man when Sunday Igboho categorically said he knew nothing about this destruction of property. He reiterated that the youth in this community are solely responsible.
You will never see Fulanis/Hausas that will condemn any act perpetrated by them. They will always support one other. In Yoruba land, we are fun of condemning one another. The association clearly stated that Sunday Igboho and his men should be arrested. Are we selling ourselves to these people? If this man is eventually arrested, can this association stand to defend Yoruba people?
The same thing that happened to Abiola that was denied presidency due to some set of Yoruba leaders who had collected bribe from government. I hate our Yoruba leaders. They are very selfish and will never say the truth.
They are always afraid of losing juicy position.
Hausas/Fulani will never condemn his people publicly no matter what he does.
