[quote author=Tolexander post=98431411] can you imagine this nonsense cos of an election outside his state, not even sharing any boundary with his state.
Someone should tell me Tinubu had nothing to gain from that huge investment.

And when Tinubu got hold of Federal power, he started using security and thugs against the opposition as it was witnessed in Osun and Lagos State [/quote ) exactly what I was thinking. U can see how baba tinubu is using femi ojudu to align himself with the current popularity igboho enjoys across Yoruba land. He also told us indirectly that igboho has soft spot for tinubu there by exposing tinubu to danger without knowing, thinking he is doing a good PR job for tinubu then directly inciting the Yoruba nation against fayemi

Awon Olote!!!!! E ma te!!!!

The smear campaign have started. Whether he was an ex-thug or not is irrelevant. What are the Governors doing about the herders terrorising our people?

Your failure to enforce laws is the reason your smear campaign will fail.

You have reading comprehension, learn to read and understand the intent of the writer.

Hmmm

What i read to this is that Tinubu always leave no stone unturned when dealing with opponents, and he has enough money to go round.

These people have finished tonne of books on power. Do you see the tactics he used in monitoring his enemies? He bought all hotel managers, instruct them to furnish him the details of any strange faces in their hotels and to turn down any offer from opponent.

That was the same tactics they used on Endsars protesters. They left no stone unturned to clear out the mess.

,48 laws of power and The art of war are in their blood.

We are in hot soup. No solution on sight

You are deep thinker...let me add this: "The Mafia Manager"

Igboho is more of a Yoruba activist than a political thug at this time. smiley
He was a political thug, but a thug that has conscience, he has a listening ear,if you were cheated by someone that was powerful than you and you explained your situations to him,he will listened and if he realised that you were cheated,he will fight with the last pant of blood on your behalf, he was not a conventional street thugs smoking helms without listening ear.

I could recalled the fracas between Baba Adedibu and Ladoja, that was the good example of my above explanation.

This won't work, you've started your media nonsense. Seyi Makinde is PDP and Igboho did that, daring him. What else. To his home town he's their saviour not Seyi, not IGP, not Buratai, not Buhari. To the southwest he's a voice.

This is nice.
I am more concerned about the fact politicians make use of thugs and no one is saying anything.

That was in 2009, twelve years ago. The thug has come a long way. He is now a hero, unlike MC Oluomo. Lagos na show, very disorganized. Oyo na action, serious action. Nigerian politics and its ups and downs always start from Ibadan.

I don't see any sense talk in all what you said. What's Ojudu trying to insinuate?
Either trying to let the whole world know how supportive Tinubu was to Fayemi or trying to let us know that Igboho is a ex thug or to let's us know how corrupt you politicians because I can't understand your golden handshake. Oga u don't get any point go sit down.

some people don't know how to digest write up, he's trying to tell us how bravery Sunday igboho is his and can have change of mind if you tore the right path, same time telling how tinubu always play his game that what make tinubu still relevant in politics till today. moreover Sunday igboho said it by himself that he work for politicians during one of the interview, even said he is part of makinde team

The so-called ceasefire to have herdsmen behave themselves by not roaming at night or disturning local communities is all false.

They want Igboho to calm down, feel all is well and in the next few weeks or months they will take him out 'accidentally' once he drops his guard either fatally or with kangaroo charges and lock him up.

He is a thorn in the flesh of FG and APC has he has led an uprising stronger than Occupy Nigeria or the recent Sorosoke national campaign against bad governance.

They know force cannot work now as proofs are everywhere and the whole world is watching.

The Fulanis have called Tinubu to order if he still wants his presidential campaign to see the light of day and he has told them to play the current script so that peace will rain like nothing happened and he will finish d job later in the next few months.

Do not be surprised if Igboho is dead within the next 24mths.

No illegal open-grazing in all parts of Nigeria is what we all want and not just the South-West.

If we say we dont want them in the SW they will return to the middle-belt cause more havoc again, coast there for a while and return back to the SW whenever they perfect their plans.

Let us all say no to open-grazing either in forests, communities, day or night.

Enough is enough as the mad cattler rearers need to be called to order now or never!

APC in SW Nigeria is evil....so if Igboho and Akeredolu did not stand up against the herdmen, they would have shut up like nothing was happening.

Tinubu will not die well...(translate it to Yoruba, if you can).

LIES FROM THE PIT OF HELL AND APC WITH TINUBU...Anyone who knows Subday knows that he was never Baba Adedibu’s boy.infact,he was the only one who gave baba adedubu problem till he died...I was in Sunday’s house 1 night when Adedibu’s boys came to attack, sunday told all his boys not to go out,one of them that turned deaf ear went out and he was the only person sunday lost that day.
Sunday has always been Ladoja’s boy,he has never and will never betray him.he has been in politics for so long,so he know better than to support opposition party cos he knows it would used against him...like they are trying to do now.
TINUBU is a turncoat and a Fulani apologist who is ready to sacrifice the Yoruba race for his presidential ambition.

A week before the election, we had reserved and paid for all the rooms in all the hotels in Ekiti. The money ran into several millions. Tinubu, as usual, paid for this. The strategy was to ensure no thug or any undesirable element had a place to stay in the state. Security men and INEC officials had to appeal to me, sometimes through Tinubu, to release some rooms to them to stay. With this we knew who was staying where. And we closely monitored them and their activities.

This really got my attention. Imagine the amount of money invested in getting power. No wonder most of them careless for the citizens since they have to make profits by all means at the expense of delivering good governance. It has always been a game of interest.

Simple!

They are not happy for his success. Overnight Igboho became a sensation particularly amongst diaspora population. He has won hearts.

Some of these people continue to call him illiterate. But their own literacy has been hijacked by a stock of illiterate cow herders and it does not bother them. But Igboho's illiteracy is a sore pain in their flesh.

Without education Igboho has achieved for Yorubaland what they and their academic diplomas are not capable to do. They are pained.

Tinubu gave him a golden hand shake

You all still don't get it. The people are being terrorise by the herders. The non-criminal herders are trampling on the people's farm while the criminal among them are kidnapping and raping our people.

Despite it, the Governors refuse to do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Rather the herders are the one controlling our political elites. If they are not being control, we would have heard of this issue a long time. This issue has been happening a long time and they refuse to use their position to help the people all because of their political ambition.

I dont disagree with you.what I disagree with is that the yorubas should begin a war. Yorubas do not fight wars unless they have an idea of the outcome. What has begun now with the herdsmen being harried and their organizational structure disrupted is just the beginning. What must be displaced is their sense of confidence.

Look if the truth be told, we could end their menace just by blacklisting their meat for 4 weeks. It would be highly effective and there would be bloodshed. But will we?
Do we value the lives of people over our appetite? How much meat does the North eat?

This fight call for weakening of their traditional institutions in the South, disruption of grazing, blacklisting and yes discussion. We do everything.

Who said anything about war? My primary issue is theemergence of Igboho. If the government have been doing their work, there wouldn't have been an Igboho.

Did you watch the video of soldiers escorting the herdsmen to beat up farmers all in the name of grazing? For them to be bold to do that then our politicians have compromise. If they don't have the tacit support of our politicians, this news would have broken out far earlier than this. Igboho would never have emerge.
