During SADDAM HUSSEINS reign in IRAQ, education upto university and even post graduate for the citizens was free, to them, paying tuition is an aberration. Go to SAUDI, UAE and some of the renowned muslim countries, education is not taken with levity. That NORTHERN nigeria sees education as haram is both a political and cultural issue.
