Job Title: Customer Excellence Intern

Job Summary
This role is for a Digital Marketer who can develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Ability to create engaging content while staying up to date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

Responsibilities
Engage prospects and convert to Sales Qualified Leads

Collaborate with the Sales team members to secure prospects’ purchase commitments.

Collaborate with the Customer Excellence Team to facilitate Discovery sessions, Envisioning sessions, webinars, value realisation workshops, customer focused trainings etc.

Create product and solution contents for social media, newsletters and emails.

Collaborate with the Customer Excellence Team to help customers navigate the journey from product/solution awareness to advocacy.

Collaborate with the Customer Excellence Team to manage and champion various programs by OEMs that the company is in partnership or affiliated to

Collaborate with the Customer Excellence Team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the company’s products and solutions

Execute management led and Strategy driven activities focused on creating value for customers

Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to develop sales scripts for lead generation on social media or through direct emails.


Requirements
Technology oriented and conversant with basic productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work remotely and stay productive ·
Excellence verbal and written communication skills ·
Good understanding of the Customer journey / Marketing Funnel with emphasis on the awareness, interest, and consideration phases ·
Ability to determine customer’s perceived value · Ability to manage customer projects

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (demonstration of skill can overrule certification requirement)
Minimum of 1 year work experience in any role
