If the Bank is jonzing, is because they have employed lots of the wrong people.

They have been permiting secret employment.

The owners and top investors have allowed various Nigerian use their Bank is a poverty allegations scheme for their love ones, etc, buy organizing man know man employment.

Sorry, but same fate will befall many companies in Nigeria.

How did you arrive at this conclusion?

Are you not living in Nigeria?

Getting a good job is all about who you know.

They employ in private org based on various unfair/unethical practices.

How can a profit org condone secret employment and man know man?

If an organisation is not working , it means they have employed the wrong people in dia org.

Corrupt practices dont pay.

Same fate will befall most of these org in Nigeria.

You still have not answered my question; how did you arrive at the conclusion that the reason for the bank's poor performance is due to employment of staff through the back door?

If you were denied employment due to some bias or lack of 'connection' then I think you should just come out state it here as your personal grievance against the bank

I am talking from experience.

If an org is not functioning well, then they have employed the wrong people.

Ask professional/ experienced managers. They will tell you the same.

Its not rocket science.

Learn from the football clubs.

The moment they start jonzing, they fire the mgr, loan/ sell some players and do lot of reshuffling.
Same strategy applies to every org.

Many companies in Nigeria dont employ based on merit, you know that. It has a great repercussion.

One more thing, I have never applied to work for any Naija Bank....
