He just needs mentoring in my opinion... He hasn't exactly done badly this season... He just needs to learn how to put together a proper team (he has greatly improved here tbh), and make specific changes early enough: the key games you guys lost were because he failed to substitute players at the right time (case in point: That crucial PSG game with Fred); even the game against Sheffield would not have been lost if he changed players immediately after first half...

All in all... United is on the rise. Going back to square one by sacking Olé makes no sense!!!
