Which of these daily meals you don't joke with? 1. Breakfast 2. Lunch 3. Dinner I may go hungry all day but I don't joke with dinner. Missing dinner would likely give me a sleepless night & I don't like taking junks for dinners. I know we have Individual differences though.

It depends on my current lifestyle. When I was doing office work, breakfast and coffee is like super battery. When I was doing sports, lunch is the most important. Breakfast was very light or non-existent. Since I've been working from home (for myself, I'm my own oga), dinner has been the most appealing mostly because I go to sleep by 4-6am during which I add in a late night snack. I rarely wake up hungry or stay hungry until maybe 2-3pm. I take something light like noodles, spaghetti, pizza, slices of bread, etc for lunch. The only downside is that I added some weight but just a little bit. 1 Like |
