Gov’t Officials, Not Churches, Violating COVID-19 Protocol – CAN by agwom(m): 9:16am On Feb 02, 2021
The president of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Samson Ayokunle, says the CAN churches are adhering to the COVID-19 protocol; while government officials are violating it.

Speaking in Abuja on Monday during a sensitisation meeting the Ministry of Health had with Christian leaders and scholars on the much expected COVID-19 vaccine, he said: “The book of Leviticus 13 contains a comprehensive quarantine protocol for God’s people.

“Whether a swelling, a scab, a blotch, or a boil, every skin infection was to be treated first as capable of spreading to other families in the camp and thus a threat to the greater community.

“And Isaiah 26:20 simply cautions: ‘Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you.’

Executive Director, National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Faisal Shuaib, urged religious leaders in the country to give their followers the right information on the vaccine.
