Why good things wey dey necessary for health dey too cost  Sugar for one pack na #350 but ordinary one small bottle of honey na #1500. I go Roban stores( e dey Awka, Anambra state ) ordinary Lemon na #380. I just start to dey browse for things wey dey good for body, I see cinnamon, Natural salt, and many many things. I go Eke-awka market today go price that natural salt them tell me one spoon #300, two spoons #500 but table salt( that is more expensive to produce ) is less less cheaper. I give up. Make I dey chop my #50 buns in peace, at least I'm still young. |

Lemon is costly but lime and oranges can still do the work. Fruits and vegetables are still very cheap to buy, most especially the ones in season. And maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not a one off thing, it is a lifestyle. |
