Upon employment, HR deliberately omits to sign your offer letter. During your stay at work, The MD will abuse you and your family for what its worth. He will usually threaten to deal with you personally. If you choose to resign, you will give the usual notice period but HR will require you to leave immediately . You will not be paid for any days worked from the last pay day through your last day of work as per your resignation letter. You may have to go to court to enforce payment. If you are choosing to work with them choose wisely and be careful.
