Rwanda(12 million) and cape verde(less than 600000) have smaller populations than we do, so they can afford to operate with less.

The thing about Nigeria, and this does not excuse our leaders, is that we have a tiny budget for our population. Before looting. Infact, that 50 trillion won't be enough.

Notice one more thing about Rwanda and Cape Verde...they have higher tax to gdp ratios than Nigeria (Rwanda 16.0%, Cape Verde 20.1%)..so they can pay for many things we can't at our tax to gdp ratio of 5.8%.

Our leaders have failed us by not telling us how poor we are, and by not taking measures to make us a money making naiton.

But in your bid to make Jonathan look better than he was, you twisted facts. Ebola wasn't controlled in Nigeria in two weeks! Get your facts right. Ebola ravaged this country for at least 3 months. There's a reason why the movie made to chronicle the Ebola pandemic in Nigeria was titled, "99 days".

You better keep your vaccine..are leaders will make do with few cash in exchange..if you send them the vaccine..they will resell it through back door..pad the contract to get more money or waste it by hiding it under the carpet till they can possible cash out on it
