I have some openings to fill at my startup. They are remote jobs, so you’re expected to work from home.

Apply if you have the skills and at least 3 years experience in the role, and must:

• Have 24/7 access to electricity, a functional laptop and access to internet

• Be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST)

• You need a lot of handholding
• You cannot follow instructions
• You are lazy and like giving excuses for your failures
• You are the type that cannot reply to a mail within an hour
• You are not an expert in the position you’re applying for (There are no rooms for training)

Here are the available openings:

1. Writers (Must be experienced in blog writing, content creation, SEO writing and copywriting).
2. Administrative Officers (Must be experienced in internet research, data mining, data entry, calendar management, appointment setting and transcription. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Advanced MS Excel is a must).
3. Digital Marketer/ Social Media Manager (Experience in Google, Facebook and Twitter Ad (Paid and Organic) Creation, Optimization and Management, Lead Magnets, Lead Generation, Email Marketing and Search Engine Optimization).
4. Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
5. Graphic Designer (photo and video editing experience and proficiency with Canva is a must).
6. Website Designer/ Developer (Proficient in Wordpress and PHP).

Pay is N2,500 per hour, and we pay our workers after every 40 hours completed.

1. The fee is same across board.

2. There are two parts to it. First, the client and the VA (E.g. Web Designer) agree on the time a task would take. Secondly, there's a time tracker on the site, which a client can use to determine whether or not the time has been fully utilized. The VA can only inflate the time, if the time tracker is not used.
