What you are looking at is world first ever talking gorilla. She is so smart and knows more than 2000 words!

She can have conversations just like humans. She understands emotions like happy and sad. She is the closest animal to himan beings in the world.

Who taught her?

When Koko was a baby she lived in a zoo, when she met a lady (pictured) who started to teach her a sign language. They formed a bond like no other, soon enough it became clear she was no ordinary monkey, because she was way way smarter. Koko performed consistently at a level about a year behind a child her age.

Koko feels emotions and can express emotions like sad, happy, cry and feels bad. She got a cat pet and they eventually featured together with her cat on national geographic.

Koko had learnt an amazing skill and wanted to use it to share an important message to the world. So she got on tv, and this is what she said:

"I AM GORILLA, I AM NATURE, MAN KOKO LOVE, EARTH KOKO LOVE, BUT MAN....STUPID, TIME HURRY, FIX...FIX EARTH HELP!"

And earth fell in love with her. She met with celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, played guitar with Red Hot Chilli Peppers and cuddle with Robin Williams.

She “became very sombre with her head bowed and her lip quivering” on hearing of Robin Williams’ demise more than a decade after they met.

What an amazing life, in 2018 Koko died in her sleep at 46 years old. But her life changed the way that the world sees animals.
