IMO STATE IS NO HIDING PLACE FOR CRIMINALS

An Owerri Federal High Court, presided over by Hon. Justice Folashade Olubanjo, has granted an ex-parte motion filed by Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, on behalf of Chief George Egu against the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, deputy governorship candidate, Mr. Jude Agbaso.
The motion is seeking a relief to publish in two national dailies the summon to answer a case of criminality against Jude Agbaso, committed in the city of New York, United States of America, USA.
Here is a profile of his criminal record and you can make your judgement. He was indicted on 17 count charges including forgery and counterfeiting with SS# 108-76-1794. He used three different dates of birth to hide his identity. They include 1/1/1958,1/19/1958 and1/23/1958. He jumped bail and fled to Toronto, Canada while standing trial at Nasau County , New York. His last place of residence was 112 Front street, Freeport, New York, 11550-6625. His arrest# was 03-2557/94 and felony# 15117/94.
Addressing newsmen after the court session, counsel to the plaintiff, Mike Ozekhome, SAN, said the matter was brought before the court as an originating summons, stating that Mr. Agbaso did commit some criminal offences while in the USA and jumped bail, which led a bench warrant to be issued  for his arrest.
Mike Ozekhome said that by the development, Mr. Jude Agbaso, a running mate to Chief Rochas Okorocha, was not a fit and proper person to be a running mate to a governorship candidate, adding that the vice of criminality that stained Mr. Agbaso also stained Okorocha, who both have joint and inseparable ticket, saying one could not run without the other.
