Most kidnappers in SW are not yorubas, most from middle belt/north, majority not Fulani sef. The people using them could be anyone of their tribe. Yoruba don't have the mind to be entrying Bush and be kidnapping people with ak47.

Herders are not really in southeast because they don't have green pasture. And before herdsmen migrate to a place they will first consider the environment.
