Hey there web designers, I would like to know how some websites like are able to send their news to my phone when I didn't register my email address with them? I get their news alerts nearly every minute.

I just want to know the system they use, what it's called and how to use it for my blog posts etc.

You play too much . I guess they have our emails from numerous places we have put them. Same way we receive spam text messages. There might be a portal they pay a token for bulk mailing access.
