There's a very Vital artery in your Laps that if a bullet should cut through it or maybe a Knife should mistakenly cut through it or anything sharp that cuts through that particular Artery, that person will bleed to death very Fast in a matter of seconds if care is not taken.

The name of that artery is called Femoral Artery.
