Good afternoon beautiful Fam! I need some suggestions from elders in the house that has dug wells to get water from the ground.

I am opting for a well as borehole is not even in the picture for now.

Pls what's the best method I can use to get the best out of it without it caving in(collapsing)? I am aware of the ring method/option in which concrete rings would be placed into it as to hold it together.

I also heard of the plastering method/option in which bricks would be used with cement to hold it together to prevent collapse.

Pls I need inputs as regards the best option yo adopt from elders who have passed this road before.
