What do you call a group of people that extort people in the presence of Police with stupid receipts that have ANSG on top?
They are APGA thugs as simple as that.
If they are not APGA thugs why haven't the APGA state Govt outlawed them? It's not like they are hiding.
They are everywhere in the major cities extorting and beating up traders and customers.
APGA is the Igbo version of Lagos APC except that the Lagos version brought some nice Infrastructure to Lagos.
