its you that dont get it.. once police compile up list of items due for auction, they go obtain aunthentication from the court.... its a very simple process... no long story.. and then the auctioneer takes over afterwards for the sales.. its not about giving them right.. its more like the court consenting to the sales... the signing takes less than 5minutes.
