morzook:Of course, I read the article which was why I challenge the idea of them assuming someone released it (that seem not to be in the article, I think?) Talked about being strange in a way the first discoverers had to get close enough to see and confirmed. I guess in pointing you to the moon, you decided to focus on the fingers; hence, was quick to assume I didn't read it |
Re: Bizarre, Monstrous Half-Alligator Half-Fish Animal Spotted In Singapore (Pics) by BluntTheApostle(m): 7:36pm On Feb 21, 2021 |
Pelecius: It is not a bizarre creature. The authorities are aware that people buy juvenile alligator gar (which is what the creature is called), and then release them into the wild. Ordinarily, the creatures are kept under observation. But when you release them into the wild, they will naturally disrupt the ecosystem. It is like releasing a dinosaur into our ecosystem, and expecting the ecosystem to just absorb the change just like that. |

BluntTheApostle:Thanks man I actually read it but was wondering why they assumed it was released rather than studying it to see if it do migrate. My aim is their quick assumptions (stated in the article) and then making statement on such assumption. 1 Like 1 Share |

The species produces toxic eggs and is an apex predator and releasing invasive species into the wild without permission could have a disastrous impact on the ecosystems. Nigerians have discovered their own too that aptly fits this description. The Fulani species. Believed to be a specie that falls between homo erectus and homo sapien, these prehistoric group are native to Futa Jalon in the Guinea, but have recently been discovered in droves off the coast of Southern Nigeria. It is believed their movement is signalled by the current head of the country who they have tropism for. They are often viewed as "primitive humans", or "living fossils" because they have retained some ideological and environmental characteristics of their earliest ancestors, the homo habilis and homo ergaster. As mindless predators, releasing them into the country has really been negatively affecting the ecosystem of late. It is sincerely hoped that by the time the current head's tenure expires, the Buhari-tropism of the Fulani marauders will come to a historic end. Source: homohabilis |
