Unmh... I don't think this is right, rather we should pray that God should avert evil from our lands. Prophecying doom, evil etc is not the best! Imo!
Those who lost their lives have friends and families who currently will be in pain! We should pray against evil occurrences when God show them to us either in trance, dreams visions or whatever.

Prophecies are given so that evil could be averted so, if you prophesy and the evil still come to pass then you as a pastor has failed on your own part.
