Created this post to ask if anyone knows any reliable real estate companies to invest in the long term....
Preferably Crowdfunding real estate companies here in Nigeria or anywhere in the world... (I'm in Nigeria so just be able to invest from here)


For those who don't know what Crowdfunding RE is:

But never really used it or any other Crowdfunding RE(real estate) platforms for that matter, please people with experience should share...

Also heard of Growth stack:https://growthstackco.com/
Again never used them, don't know if they will turn out an exit scam and don't know if they are long term, please Crowdfunding RE pioneers on nairaland we need you here.

The rest I know are abroad and not accessible to Nigerian citizens.
