u are not far from the truth.....some of the cows are own by yoruba or hausa businessmen....who employ those herders to take care of them.......the owners of those cattles are the ones who armed to herders......but most nigerians are just shouting fulani this , fulani that.....

I have a friend who is from oyo states....he owns lots of cattles....although, he inherited those cattles from his granddad....he owns a ranch.....but he still employ some fulani to take those cattles around......

My advice is any armed herders arrested .they should question him. And also arrest the owners....

This particular one happened in Ibadan and there isn't killing of people in Ibadan by herdsmen. So definitely the cows are most likely owned by yoruba
