Many children of God complain of spiritual attacks daily and some are in deep confusion how to handle them.

Herr are some ways to handle spiritual attacks effectively:

1. Don't sleep anyhow. Be careful how you sleep.

⁵ Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler.

Most spiritual attacks occur when we sleep, so we should be very careful with our sleeping habits

The truth is that most spiritual attacks can only be successful when people sleep.

This is why the powers of darkness monitor people closely to note when they are least alert and unconscious in sleep before they launch attacks.

3. Spiritual weakness.

If we are weak spiritually, we expose ourselves to satanic attacks and manipulations. We need to be spiritually strong to resist spiritual attacks.

In the spiritual realm, our spirits come under constant spiritual attacks. If we are weak spiritually, we will be easily overcome.

Spiritual strength comes as we spend much time to study God's Word, fast and pray.
