Right:She is my younger sister. 8.Wrong:You don't know how to hide secrets. Right:You don't know how to keep secrets. 9.Wrong:She is the last born of my family. Right:She is the last child of my family. 10.Wrong:We seriously need to hire a gate man. Right:We seriously need to hire a gate keeper. 11.Wrong:Call a meeting of the shareholders. Your number 6 is wrong. There's nothing like Offhand or offhead. The right expression is " by heart". The grammar in number 14 "my leg is hurting me" is also wrong. You shouldn't use "me" again after starting the sentence with "my". It's either you say: My leg Hurts or my leg is hurting. 5 Likes |

Nigerian grammar irks, I don't know why they talk like that South Africans, east africans and Ghanaians speak far better english |
