Those agents are stupid

I wanted to get an apartment of 200k and he ask me what I was doing, I told him am a photographer and he laughed and said he can’t give it to me cos he doesn’t believe I will be able to pay next rent.

I laugh

So the person that took me to him told him I was coming from an apartment where I pay 400k but my family have relocated that’s why I need mini flat.

Then he said where’s your shop and I told him I don’t have one that I work as an official photographer to deputy governor.

Comedian MC Casino has built himself a house 6 years after being mocked by an estate agent when he tried to rent a one-room apartment, IgbereTV reports.

He said the agent asked what he does for a living and when he mentioned he's a comedian, the agent mocked him, told him he doesn't have a job, and refused to rent to him.

Casino has now built his own house and he thanked the agent who mocked him because the mockery motivated him to get his own.

Beautiful buildings don't make a nation glorious or prosperous. It's the socioeconomic impact on the lives of the average citizen that determines how prosperous a nation is.

My point is simple... A prosperous nation is a nation where an average citizen can actually boast of living comfortably in peace and security.

Some agent are very wicked, i witnessed one yesterday, a lady paid an agent for an apartment and someone offered higher money, they had to refund the lady her money on the ground that the lady sells pure water in bags and her profit margin is not much and she might not be able to renew her rent.
