On Friday, the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) called for Sheikh Ahmad Gumi to be arrested for claiming that journalists are criminals for calling bandits criminals. During an interview on Arise TV on Wednesday, where he branded journalists as criminals for calling bandits criminals, the union expressed concerns about Gumi's remarks.
