TBD:Depend on each other? Not necessarily.. Each region can be self sufficient with some readjustments and sacrifices. The problem is the North and the South don't view each other as equals. The north, tries to dominate the south politically, the south looks down on the north as unintelligent, and parasites. |

Godarz:Personally we should be willing to go back to the drawing board. And ask the question why we are one country and why we should (or should not) continue being one. Because what I'm seeing right now is either mindless patriotism, or separatism based on hate and tribalism. Is continuing to be one country more advantageous to everyone or not? What is the Nigerian identity suppose to mean? What system would be better for everyone over the current one? Regionalism, state autonomy..? The country was messed up from it's creation by the British, and was subsequently made worse by the previous generations of leadership. And the current Buhari government is looking to be the straw that breaks the camel's back. 1 Like |
