Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor and recover past due obligations and expired facility/loans
• Effective reduction of non-performing loan portfolios
• Management of delinquent loan accounts and overdue loan recovery
• Review of delinquent accounts with recommendations
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding funds
• Recovery plan initiation and process restructuring for non-performing loans
• Devise customized recovery strategies on a case-by-case basis
• Negotiation of repayment plans and deadlines with clients
• Maintain detailed customer records
• Follow up with clients on loan repayments
• Institute appropriate legal action as well as liaise with solicitors and law enforcement agents
• Negotiate with prospective clients on best loan options
• Prepare call memos and progress report on loan repayments
• All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Degree in Law is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5years experience in loan recovery role.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Familiarity with loans products
• Good presentation skills.
• Good Microsoft office skills
