*Job Title*: Human Resource Officer

*Location*: Ibadan

*Industry*: Manufacturing

*Job Duties and Requirements*:
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positions.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.

*Job Qualifications*:
• BSc/BA/HND in Business Administration or relevant field; Further training /certification is a plus.
• 2 - 3 years’ Experience as an HR Personnel.
