Now that the iPhone is out and the dust is settling, did you get one?
If not, do you plan to get one soon? If you got one, what's your experience with it so far? Is it worth the hype?

I just got my hands on my iphone (unlocked). Its actually a very neat phone - except the battery life SUCKS!!!
All the features run smooth - and there doesnt seem to be any real bugs in the phone thus far. I love some of the features like unlocking the keypad by swiping your finger accross the face of the screen.

Im going to ditch my nano now that ive got an iphone!

They could have included wifi as part of the phone, but oh well,

quit your whining what did you expect the iphone runs  the mac os and responds to several multi touch sensor. chill the hell out battery life is the least of your problems so just enjoy your iphone. n Yep am i did get 1, just waiting on toshiba's new 32 gd memory card 2 come out so i can put some more music on it. i've been experimenting with theparralells beta and it works nicely, i can run xp on my iphone

Well, they did include wifi on the iphone (i used it on a wireless network), the gripes i have with the phone are:

1.You cannot delete a single message from your inbox or sent items, you have to delete everything you ever sent to the contact, and everything the contact ever sent to you! (a conversation is what the phone saves it as)

2. The bluetooth is for only headsets. You cannot tranfer ANYTHING from or to your iphone

3. I cant use my gprs to browse (yet)

4. You cannot delete files (music, pictures, or videos) from your iphone, you have to delete it through a computer with itunes installed.

5. I had to spend almost 2 days without sleep unlocking it myself!!

BUT!! overall, the phone is the isht!!! the best thing that ever happened to moble devices. threw away my n91 for it, and i dont regret it one day!!

YOU don't have an iphone. if you did you'd know that it has WiFi. And there's no 'keypad' either.

You CAN actually delete photos and occasionally videos from the iphone. I've done it before.
I agree with you on the bluetooth issue, that sucks seriously bad.

I just don't get what is so special about that iphone why don't you just go and get the nokia internet tablet. Or the nokia 3250 those are phones and you don't need to start stressing yourself. So pls guys just get a nice and simple phone.

It is currently $399. You can get the 4GB version for $299 from Apple's website, but it won't last long!
It will be released in Europe next month.
