HENCEFORTH, before any outage, consumers will be told in advance so that they can be prepared for it, according to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). Nigeria and cant take off projects - we no dey tire at all - In my area they take electricity so rapid that an advance notification will be useless. |
