This petrol issue is a two way trap. Crude prices rises and petrol prices too rise to make the govt want to use extra crude earning to subsidize the petrol price. If crude prices go too low, earning go low and economy can't function well.


The population to resource ratio is low. In a country where GDP is largely a textbook concept,
