Such a shame! We have major problems in this country! Just because there was no further avenue to steal money due to the contract award, the new administration abandoned it.

What of EPZ?

Export processing zone.

While in Unical in the 90s, that's all Duke spoke of day and night.
You wonder what he's processing and exporting.

It was a great idea but Nigerian governors will never maintain a project by a predecessor. The security issues in the country has also prevented tourism from scaling

Bad maintenance culture is not a problem of Nigeria, but a selfish individual parading themselves as our govt. Over the years govt has spent billions in building infrastructure such but they refuse to set of a committee and place a budget separately for maintaining bthem ,rather they resort to making names for themselves when there is change in govt, he is after making names for himself there by abandoning works of past govt and this circle continues for a vryy long time.

Sad.
It went wrong because of incompetency of those governors.

A good governor can make it work very well.

ALL EFFORTS GO TO NIGER REPUBLIC UNTIL FULL AUTONOMY OF POLICE RESOURCES AND ELECTIONS CONTROLS IS GRANTED TO OUR 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES IN NIGERIA.

BUHARI CAN'T RULE NIGERIA. IT'S TOO MUCH FOR HIM.

LET HIM RESIGN AND HANDOVER TO Osinbajo, THEN OUR 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES SHALL BE FREE AND AUTONOMOUS TO RUN FREE ENTERPRISE ECONOMY. BUT NOW, THERE'S CONFUSION EVERYWHERE IN NIGERIA.

LET US REVIEW THE MARKETING FOR THE PROJECT BEFORE IT WAS STARTED.

LET US DO MORE RESEARCH INTO COMPLEMENTARY INDUSTRIES THAT CAN BE ATTRACTED TO REVIVE TINAPA.

LET THE STATE GOVERNMENT CONSULT DANGOTE TO INVEST IN TINAPA.

Which vision? If Duke had any iota of vision , he never would have embarked in such a White-elephant project that was destined to fail - and fail did it woefully fail.

Charly68:
They killed Duke's vision..blame the people that voted for visionless leaders
