Please I need the help of Doctors and Medical Practitioners in the house, you guys would have done me a very big favor if you can assist me in getting a document that specifies the following allowances in your profession in Nigeria, I'm doing an academic research, please this will go a long way.

2. CONHESS Call Duty
3. Consolidated Salary
4. Hazard Allowance (I already know this is N60,000 annually)

I have been searching for these online, but no concrete documents to back up the calculations.
